CUSTOMER SERVICE

01. Cancellation Policy

The request of any cancellation will be denied after the order has been placed. All sales through the website are final and will not be changed after submission. The garments that you have ordered will be shipped within 9 days of the day since you have made your purchase. In the scenario where your order has not been shipped within those 9 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation. 

03. Privacy

The9ineGarments acknowledges and respects the privacy of our customers. All information used for our customers to purchase their garments will be confidential. Customers information will not be shared with any outside affiliates or entities.

02. Representation

Understand when you wear The9ineGarments that you are representing something that is monumentally bigger than yourself. Make decisions that yield to your execution of achievement. Build trust with yourself, and become self-reliant. Recognize you need to be a better listener to yourself, instead of other people. Form a reality that is about your own persistent pursuit of development.  

04. Shipping

Understand that receiving your garments takes time.  There will be 3-5 business days for the order to process and verification. Plus an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. The9ineGarments are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged shipments. All packages are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

05. Limitation of Liability

Under any circumstance will any of our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, content providers, agents be held responsible for any indirect, exceptional, incidental, consequential, punitive damages arising from directly or indirectly related to the use/misuse of, or the inability to use, the website or content created, loss of revenue, or expected profits. For the all the material previously stated, in a limited liability aspect The9ineGarments will not be responsible for the way you make the garments applicable. 

06. Terms of Use

Navigating through the website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms to check regularly. The9ineGarments does not warrant that the information on our web site is accurate or current, this involves pricing and the availability of the garments. Understand that we reserve the right to analyze and correct any errors to further update information at any given time without prior notice.
